In March, Compass Real Estate acquired Scottsdale’s Launch Real Estate (the #1 brokerage in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Arcadia by sales volume).
Compass is the #1 US brokerage by sales volume in over 70 upscale markets and, up to this point, had internal issues opening a Metro Phoenix branch. I’ve been with Launch long enough to see it go from a scrappy startup to a consistent $2B producer of annual sales. Compass’s offer to Launch includes the ability to keep the Launch branding for up to 10 years and retain autonomous control over how we continue to run the business. Compass finally accomplishes its entry into the coveted, high-end Scottsdale-PV-Arcadia market.

Being an indie brokerage, we never had consistent referral partners for our relocating clients. We now have a nationwide network of best-in-class agents in every major metro market.
